Letter from Pastor Staton:
Dear PSJBC Family,
Like never before, God is calling us to be His people who are united in love for Him, for each other and our world. We are in an unprecedented time and we cannot do anything in our own strength and we must rely on the mighty power of the Spirit of God. During this time, we must draw closer to God by each day seeking His face and earnestly heeding his voice and respond in obedience. Also, we must reach out to each other because many are fearful and feel hopeless.
Easter 2020 will have to look different this year, but with technology, we are able to bring you the word in a creative format. Online Services are as follows:
•Palm Sunday, April 5, 2020 -2 services at 9:00 am & 12 noon- Our ministerial staff will bring the word - Min. Vanessa Fludd, Rev. Shelley Stanford, Rev. Kevin Montague, Min. LaShonda DeBrew, Min. Pernell Spence, Min. Rasheeda Turner, Min. Denise Parker, Min. Tabitha Capito and Rev. Richard Toye

•Resurrection Sunday @9:00am & 12 noon – Worship Service & Communion
We will share worship and communion as a family. Since we can’t have you pick up communion cups at the church, we want to encourage you to join us by using whatever juice or bread or crackers you may have so we can take communion together.
I want to encourage you to stay connected to PSJBC through our website, (www.psjbc.org) and social media. Please daily check your emails and our social media pages, as our ministries are setting up virtual meetings to stay connected. Please follow us on our different platforms:

Finally, my wife and I want you to know that we love you. We are praying for you daily and desire for you to stay safe in your home. And for our members that are essential employees, we pray for your protection and cover you in Jesus’ name. If you have any olive oil in your home, anoint yourself whenever you go out of your house. We are trusting God to use each of us in new and greater ways to touch our communities and the world during this crisis. We believe that there will be several souls for the kingdom of God.
Grace & Peace,
Pastor Billy & Lady Paula
